John Dennis, President
Corporate Realty Advisors, Inc. was founded in 1988, by company president, John Dennis, a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. John has over 30 years’ experience as a licensed broker, specializing in commercial brokerage.
Steve joined CRA in 2009 and has been active in the retail real estate industry for over 32 years developing and executing leasing strategies for retailers, restaurants and shopping center developers. Prior to joining CRA, Steve spent 23 years with Homart Development and General Growth Properties where he most recently directed the retail and restaurant leasing for 17 regional malls in the northeast.
Steve is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he was a member of the Certification Development and Mentoring Committees. He holds Certified Shopping Center Management (CSM) and Certified Shopping Center Marketing (CMD) designations from that trade organization.
John joined CRA in 2012 following a career as an engineer consultant. John has served in management roles in operations, business development and as project leader. John has over fifteen years of experience collaborating with various clients in identifying and evaluating commercial real estate opportunities for multiple uses.
Garrett began her career in the real estate business working with a third party developer. She later shifted her focus to tenant representation working CVS Pharmacy deals in the Chicago area. Most recently, Garrett concentrated on expanding Cumberland Farms gas stations and convenience stores in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine and is now spearheading U.S. development for Caffé Nero, based out of London.
Bob recently joined the CRA Team following a long tenure at The Beal Companies where he was responsible for leasing a number of major office and retail assets in Greater Boston. Bob’s involvement as a key player in the real estate department at EMC Corp. during its most active expansion years introduced him to major markets throughout the U.S. and the world.
Monique has been a commercial real estate broker for the past 20 years specializing in retail and restaurant leasing. She began her career in real estate working at the Carousel Center (Destiny USA) doing specialty leasing and development with the managing partners. Monique is experienced representing both tenants and landlords and has a thorough understanding of market development throughout New York State and Vermont.
